Fermen.table is a project born from our home kitchen in Lisbon, created to share our love for fermented food. We work directly with farmers who dedicate their life to grow vegetables in the most natural ways. We step away from mass production and offer quality artisanal products, produced in small batches on a montlhy basis. Playful in taste and rich in nutrients to fully nourish our bodies.

Forever & Always  

Pure Ingredients

We work with local farmers to supply us directly with fresh vegetables, straight from their fields. Harvested in the morning, the vegetable are processed into ferments the same day.


Small Batch

Each jar is made by hand, in small quantities, to preserve quality, flavor, and care in every ferment.


Naturally Fermented

Our ferments come alive through wild cultures. No shortcuts, no additives, just honest food, sea salt and time.
