In autumn 2024 we team up with Friend's of a Farmer to honor the abundance summer harvest from their farm in Meco.
In order to use surplus vegetables which would have gone otherwise into compost, we relay on traditional preservation and fermentation methods to create a series of limited edition products: hot sauces using their many variety of chillies, pickles using root vegetables such as beetroots, radishes and kohlrabi, and sweet young miso with theirs mature pumpkins.
